Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party.

IMPORTANT: The Calmena service is designed as a supportive tool for individuals dealing with emetophobia and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on this Service
  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately
  • The Company does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Service

Your Content
