How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, click "Forgot password". You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Will I lose my data if I uninstall the app?

Your data is stored locally on your device. Make sure to export your data before uninstalling to keep it.

Can I use Calmena without an internet connection?

Yes, all essential features (journal, exposures, relaxation, challenges) work fully offline.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Go to your App Store/Google Play account settings or contact us directly at contact@calmena.app.

The app won't launch, what should I do?

Try restarting your phone, check that you have the latest version, and free up some storage space. If the problem persists, contact us.

Can I share my data with my therapist?

Yes, you can export your data as a PDF from the app settings to share with your healthcare professional.
